My issue isn't the rope. The rope looks to be plenty strong enough.
I'd be scared with only a single rope holding it to the tree.
Where the attachment point is, it's unlikely that the stand could tilt, but it's not zero. Accidentally move to either edge, and I would be afraid those bottom teeth would slip. If it had another place lower to secure those teeth, it would be much safer.
