Help with tree and driveway

I was told by the H&G Board that some of yall might be able to look into this for me. Currently my driveway is being obliterated on one side due to a massive sycamore that we have. It has lifted the driveway as seen below:
Ideally I'd like to get the spot redone. I know that removing the tree and pouring a new driveway would be the most straightforward way to do this, but if at all possible, I'd like to keep the tree. It provides a ton of shade coverage for our home and it's not the ugliest tree out there IMO.
Anyone here know any arborists that could advise me on what can be done? As far as I know, the closer you cut a root to the base of a tree, the more harmful it is. Is there a way to cut off the root doing all the damage and pouring new directly on top of the rest of the root system? I'd rather have to redo tiny sections of my driveway periodically than to eliminate the tree for good, since I'm pretty sure this tree can't get any bigger than it already is.

I’d leave the roots, demo concrete, and come back with a permeable crushed stone base. More concrete will just crack again.

Cut that section out and throw down some gravel

Concrete is readily replaceable.
That tree cannot be replaced in your lifetime. Remove and reconfigure the driveway surface to allow the tree to prosper. Both you and the tree will be happier.

Can you re-route the driveway a bit?

May end up doing this. There is a spot if you look towards the left of the tree where there is another section of driveway. The carport attached to the house is directly to the left of that. Really it would just need to make sense that we can park two cars in those spots there without smacking the tree.
I'm very much not a fan of gravel/crushed rock driveways.

Could do some permeable pavers.
