Ok ok it’s not perfect but I messed with a savage 110 ultralite the other day and was really impressed. It’s only like $400 more than the proof barrel would cost by itself and the action is blueprinted. One in 280AI would be pretty sweet. That’s my submission.

I bought one last year in .308. I absolutely love it. I put a Trijicon Credo 2.5-15-42 on it. It’s great glass and really a perfect setup for me. The proof research barrel is $900 if you buy it straight from them. Helluva deal.
I bought an Oryx chassis for it. It takes 10 rd ACIS mags. I do a little long range shooting outside of hunting season.

They have a 22” .308 at bowie, if it was 20 or 18 I would’ve bought it. Dang a suppressor is long on a 20 plus barrel. I think I’ll still end up with one. I was very impressed.
Edit: they are coming out with a carbon predator. It seems to be the same with shorter barrels, we will see.

Ended up grabbing a .300 blackout pistol, Holosun AEMS, and 6 boxes of ammo. I’ll end up throwing a CMC flat trigger in it and unless it’s terrible that will be it.

I would be looking in their Used collections, All stores. They can transfer store to store.
