We pulled up On-X and called the owners of the properties we were interested in.

We hunted a hard to draw unit later in the season and hardly saw another hunter on Wyoming public land.

The key is making contacts with landowners
How do you go about doing this? I’m assuming using a plat map, but how do you get contact info for the landowners and what do the conversations go like when you call them?

I swear the only woman I saw in Dubois Wy was a woman walking down 26 with a pair posthole diggers.

Glad you had a good experience. My friends just returned from Wy. Saw 400 plus antelope a day on a ranch we hunt. Not to mention large herds of Mulies. Either way you go, a great experience!
