Handgun guys, new Springfield 1911 10mm

I got an email from them announcing this. I haven't stayed up to date on new guns like I used to, but there is a version with a 6 inch barrel that has me intrigued. Any of you guys that work in the gun stores have any idea when it will be available? My birthday is in the spring so might pick one up as a little gift to myself.

Is that not a little heavy for a SAO?
I have a Springfield Champion and it is the worst trigger of all the pistols I own.

Damn that’s cool. I like seeing more guys get in the 10mm game. Maybe they’ll make a surging comeback.
