Inherited a nice little safe with my new place but baw I bought from didn’t have a key or combo. Who would you call? Safe company maybe or can a local guy key and combo it?

i have same problem in texas- had to call safe company sent them notarized info then then send a "key" i have to have a certified locksmith at safe and call safe company who will tell him exactly where to drill 1/4 inch hole then he can insert key and re set combo etc etc fun huh
