Sounds like a bearing to me. Had the same problem on our Town & Country van. Replaced the whole assembly and that fixed the problem. That was the good news. After replacing the hub assembly on both sides with my own money, I found out that the hub assemblies had been recalled and were being replaced free of charge at the dealer with factory parts. I was out several hundred dollars of my own money. That was the bad news. Check to see if your bearing/hub assemblies have been recalled before you replace them yourself.

Yep, typically the right side on trucks and cars experience more parts wear. Tires are next to edge of road, curbs, potholes, drop offs, etc. so it is tougher on the right side. Also road grade usually slopes right so right side can have more weight as it is slightly below left side of vehicle on top of being more subjected to rough stuff.

Typically you replace hubs in pairs so do both left and right at same time.

Replaced the left yesterday and will be replacing the right on Monday.
