Lots of speck schoolies around Grand Tere. We prob caught about 200 last week with about 80 keepers over four days. Most were caught on plastic speck rigs or DOA shrimp under a popping cork.

Has anyone been surf fishing? I have'nt surf fished this year thanks to BP...It's my favorite place to fish. I usually go towards the end of the island and fish the jetties for schoolin trout.

One of my favorite spots. Can usually beach the boat and walk that sand bar and kill 'em.
