Got an ice chest full of goose breasts that we want to make sausage with. Anyone in BR area that’s good at it and reasonably priced?

Not br, but southern deer processors in Breaux bridge made some goose and ribeye sausage for a buddy of mine. It was outstanding

I’d have to check... but in St Francisville there is a guy who makes duck sausage for a buddy of mine. It’s pretty good.

Brought mine to Benoits at the end of last season. Stuff is legit, but not cheap.
