Some family/friends are heading out to Utah and going to be in Moab for a few days.

I have a Wolverine Rmax4 1000 that I am taking and its on 29" Dirt Commanders. I was thinking about getting a set of something like 30" Kanati Mongrels.

Any thoughts on whether it's necessary? Thanks.

The 2 tires don’t look that different.

If you do get new tires, check out Carlisle versa trail... extremely underrated. I have OG wolverine and run them in spring, and mudlite during hunting season.

The factory tires are actually very good for slick Rock.

I run 32in rockabillys on my rzr.

Very light for a 32.

You will be fine with what you have. Plenty of traction out there. We frequent Moab mostly with Jeeps, but have had a few SXS's come with us, you can do most of the trails as you are.

I ended up putting 30" Tusk Terrabites on. Heading out tomorrow for a stops on the way. We were supposed to leave today but the cat died today. Just my luck.
