I've got an Acre lot with a good bit of trees, so it stays covered unless I kick my arse once a week to try and rake it, or pay someone to do it...Anyway, I'm wanting to get a Gas Power Blower to help me easily knock blowing my yard out...
Would prefer to stay Under $400....TIA for recs!

I like Stihl. I have a BR550 and a BR600. The 550 is over 12yrs old and still runs pretty good. These are around $500. Make sure to use the right octane, no ethanol gas for reduced problems.

Stihl is always a good choice but I've seen Echos on sale and they are solid machines. If my current Echo handheld ever craps out (and my previous PB-2100 lasted 15+ years) I might get their smaller backpack blower.

Echo is ok but I’d buy the 2 stroke shindiawa. With the separate speed control on the left side. Not in the blow tube

Stihl or Shindawa. I have the Stihl backpack blower. Recommend looking at both of them at K&D Rental

I have a Shindaiwa EB802 that's over 10 years old. Starts on 2nd or 3rd pull cold, first pull everytime hot. It's a beast with plenty of power. I'm happy

They actually are, both are made by Yamabiko after the merger of Kioritz (Echo) and Shindaiwa back in 2008.

You won’t get what you need for that large a lot for under 400.
I have a small yard maintenance company and what I have is a Stihl 700. In my area outside Atlanta the units I see being used by commercial service companies are stihl and Red Max.

I just bought an echo 580. Has a lot of good reviews online. It is 329 at Home Depot.

Just bought a BR430 3 weeks ago. They were marked 429$ but the dealer took $400 cash. Love it.

Take it from a man that's in the lawn biz, You don't need a blower, you need a zero turn with a mulch kit or blades.no raking no bagging.
You're welcome

We have a small side gig cutting yards - we run Echo 580Ts and have never had any issues and they do what we need them to.

Better yet. Get some type of rider with a leaf bagger

Just blew off the leaves from my back patio and pool area with my ryobi pressure washer. 2-for-1 deal right there...

Get a Stihl. Remember it uses two stroke oil
