Besides the weber what is a good gas grill..something not found at a big box store..preferably under a grand..small to medium size..

Try Blaze at Shopper's Choice. Has all the same components as a BULL Grill but only a fraction of the cost.
It may be on the high end of the $1,000 limit.

Holland Grill. You won't be disappointed, lasts forever, only a few dealers in town.

Look at their Warehouse Specials online. I got mine with a small dent in the bottom for $800. Then all you need is a cart to set it on.

I was doing this a while back.
After raising the hood on a ton of grills, I decided on the kitchen aid 3 burner from home depot. Its like 469-499 at times. Comes with a side burner and cover and is all stainless.
I actually never got to buy it from home depot. Went there 3 times to buy and couldn't get helped twice and the last time they couldn't find 4 of them grills.
I went to shoppers choice, blade was alright, didn't offer anything more than the kitchen aid.
I'd like to see a holland, but I can't find one on the North shore that has a display.
Does anyone know of any place no la/ br that has one on display?
