For those of you that were in Iraq/Afghanistan, is this what "peak performance" looks like

I wasn't in the military., but a year ago found my appreciation for the tools that were used by those who are/were in the military. Images were pulled from r/MilitaryARClones and r/URGI.

Definitely want to do an M16A4 clone, have most of the furniture, just need to get a receiver set and a barrel. Even have several Brigade QM slings from that era and plenty of green and black follower USGI mags.

I have an M16A2 clone, prefer the A4 setup. Personally, I think everyone should be trained in basic rifle marksmanship on a M16A2, right along the training I took in basic training. Hitting a 300m man-sized target with iron sights is not difficult.
