Florida Keys guide recommendations?

Will be there in 2-3 weeks and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a guide- want to target Mahi Mahi but would like to maybe pick up some grouper and snapper too.

Took a trip out of Islamorada when down there a couple years ago. I really liked that key the most to be honest. A lot of charters run out of there. There’s a bad arse little restaurant right down from marina we went out of that will cook fresh catch however you like also. Fishbooker.com normally has some good options, and reviews. I believe I used them to book it if I recall. Bamboo Charters is who I used to take my boys out...inshore fishing. I wanted to do something different than what we do around here.
