Going tuna fishing and they charge $.40 a pound to clean. Is this high? Anyone know of someone cheaper in Fourchon?

If you can afford a tuna trip, then you can afford to pay the kids to clean the fish from a successful trip.

Is that pounds quote in the rough or pound s of filets? If it's filet weight I don't think that's too bad a price.
