That's because you probably lost weight.
Carry around a 20 lb weight for a few minutes. Then put it down and see how much easier it is just to walk around.
Same principle.
Are you saying you got PTSD from your tongue wound? No guns for you!

My lunch at work every day, pb&j with potato chips.
I save so much money being a lunch boxer.
But then again at this point in my life, I can't gain a pound. So I guess I should just enjoy it while I can.

Well actually, since I've stopped doing slave work in the heat, I've put on 10 or so lbs, but that's it. In about 10 years I have a feeling I'm gonna be fat as frick, like KR.

Better nip it in the bud now then while you still can.

I'm the same exact way . I've been 5'10 150 pounds since I was a freshman in high school . I fluctuate 5 pounds up and down

I was the same way, then put on about 50 lbs in college. Some of it muscle, a lot of it fat.
I started caring and got it down to 175 now with somewhere between 8-10% body fat.

At 6'4" since my freshman year of college, I've ranged from 210-330. Most of it was spent around 250. I'm 255ish right now with a goal of 220. Hell, I was 245 when I got out of Basic Training.
