The problem is judgmental assholes that don't understand the most fundamental aspects of civics and American government would point their finger at a Florida resident for the appointing of a California congresswoman.

I haven't changed a thing, you claim to know my politics but never managed to ask. It was easier to label me based solely on my Presidential vote. Straight ticket? I'm not so gullible, my votes go to those who I see as the best option among the candidates available.

Well, I'm not a supporter of any of Feinsteins dreams of a nanny state, and yes, that includes positive train control. Although, since my dad retired from UP I haven't kept up with it much. From what I remembered It was a little bang for a whole lot of buck. But, being supported by the biggest transportation union in the nation, I suspect that Fenstein will continue to push forward her liberal shite regardless of price or effectiveness.
