Looking to plant evergreen tree with descent growth rate. South Louisiana, plenty of sun and space at desired location. Recommendations appreciated

Giant Sequoia?? I have 2 in pots that have grown from seedlings to 1 foot high in 6 months.

Love our live oaks, wife wants something else that doesn't shed so many leaves.
