F that. I still managed to get out in 4 years, while working full time. I hated school and hated working where I was at. I was 17 when I started and way to immature to be in college.
I swore I'd never go back, but I finally decided which direction I want to take my career. I think I'll enjoy grad school 100X more than my undergrad.

Yep. I wish I would have woken up a little earlier this morning cause the pond was dead calm when I took the dog outside.

Just got done talking to my fluids professor. First assignment of the semester was to go find his office and talk to him. Told him I work during the week and sometimes on the weekends. His response: "That's too much work. You will not pass my class with that work load. I suggest you focus on class."

I find a lot of professors feel that way. If you're not an idiot you can usually pass with half the effort the proffesors tell you you should give.

4 years later I still have this recurring dream where I'm late for a test or I have a final coming up for a class I haven't been to all semester.

Cue the ol BS line "You should study such and such hours per 1 hour of class time" .....YEAH, GFY

I swear Alx said the same thing like 1000 posts back in this thread

I think they have a hard time wrapping their head around the fact that if I don't work, I can't afford to come here, so I'm better off passing with a C because I have to work than not being here at all.
