Just dropped these bad boys on the cast iron. With a healthy dose of gunpowder seasoning.

Crawfish fettuccine, garlic bread, and an early start on the bud lights.

KR, I didn't mean to piss on y'alls parade, but it seemed y'all were eating that dudes story hook line and sinker. By all means take that dudes property, but just be smart about your surroundings.

That's like free pussy. Oh yeah, someone is getting fricked, but maybe not in the way you thought.

nah. i averaged about 16 mins/mile over 4 miles walking/jogging/running. i run mountain man slow, but i was bucking the wind on the way back
i pulled a quad playing softball (i'm the only puss that manages to get injured in softball) so I needed to get out and move around.

there's people out there that really punish themselves. one guy was stopping every 100 yds or so and cranking out about 30 push-ups on the hot pavement.
another guy had a set of dumbbells he was raising over his head as he was running.

i was in pretty good shape about 2 years ago and between then and now i was working full time/in school full time and haven't been about to keep up with it. i've managed to stay in fair shape just by eating well, but i'm just not lean like i was. got back in the gym this week and got nice and sore, but it was pretty good inspiration seeing those guys going hard on top the levee.

Gonna be eating late huh?

I tried putting one of the pig roasts I cut in the crock pot last month, didnt work out too well. After only a couple hours, it was like the turkey from the Griswold's Christmas.

I work nights so Im used to eating late but this is for tomorrow. Right now im enjoying an Abita amber. Gotta take care with the wild piggy, bastards are tough. If its still too tough ill just shread it into pulled pork.
