Get ready to drop about $750,000 your first year and $75,000-$100,000 every season after that, thats if a house is available to buy and they would even let someone like you off the street in. Very nice facilities and hunting has been pretty good last couple of years,but many a slow year there. Very nice set up, fun to go a couple of times a year that I get to go

Marsh Club is very nice, but their hunts aren't all that great for the money you spend.
Our lease borders theirs...it appears they've moved a few of their blinds closer to our property. They definitely fricked up one of our blinds hunts.

I'm at marsh club now. About as good as it gets in terms of accommodations. Very nice. We will see how the hunting is in the am.
