Dot Torture Shooting Drill

I've been getting bored just shooting at silhouette targets at the range.
Googling range drills brought Dot Torture to my attention.
It's a sheet with ten 2" dots on it.
Each dot is a different shooting challenge:
Dot 1:Slow, deliberate fire on Dot 1. Fire one well-aimed shot at a time
Dot 2: From the holster, draw and fire 1 shot on Dot 2, then re-holster. Repeat for 5 total shots.
Dots 3 and 4: From the holster, draw and fire 1 shot on Dot 3, then 1 shot on Dot 4. Re-holster and repeat for 4 total strings.
Dot 5: From the holster, draw and fire 5 shots strong-hand only on Dot 5.
Dots 6 and 7: From the holster, draw and fire 2 shots on Dot 6, then 2 shots on Dot 7. Re-holster and repeat for 4 total strings.
Dot 8: From the ready, fire 5 shots support-hand only on Dot 8.
Dots 9 and 10: From the holster, draw and fire 1 shot on Dot 9, perform a speed reload, then fire 1 shot on Dot 10. Re-holster and repeat for 3 total strings.
50 rounds total.
You can print your own targets here LINK
Every shot must hit to pass. If you miss one of the circles, you fail.
You're supposed to start at 3 yards away and increase that distance as you pass the drill.
Most of these drills require drawing from a holster. I'm not sure if the range I go to allows holster draws (they most likely don't). I'll ask, and if they don't I'll practice this with the pistol in a low ready position.

This was my 1st question. My range starts at 7yds.

Mine does not. Will have to start at low ready like you said.
Looks fun. Thanks for posting.

I think mine starts at 5. I'm sure that will be fine as long as you can see the targets.
Let us know if you try it and how it goes.
I normally hit the range at the end of the month. So I'll try to remember to post how it went.

I worked on support hand only today and my God it's bad. It's like I have Parkinsons in just my left hand.
