Agreed. I cant stand a sue happy person though. On a side note, I run with a couple rocks in my hand.

You tie one of these a large marble or egg sinker in the middle.


Edit: Or if you're lazy, just put a couple rocks in a tube sock.

Made one in highschool. Damn thing was dangerous. I hit myself with it more often than what i was aiming at.

My brother had one with a cue ball in it. Pretty sure you could kill a man with it if you wanted to.

I understand, but youre placing the burden on the person simply passing by to make a split second decision, rather than on the dog owner to restrain his animal. Sometimes a dog will quickly break off pursuit, but sometimes not. Each situation may differ, but the "victim" defending themselves should be given the benefit of the doubt.
