If our new dog, who is housebroken, go stay overnight at a home who's dog is recently passed but used puddle pads screw our house training up? Their dog is gone I know but I'm sure the smell is still there.

I don't want that to happen . Our new rescue is housebroken and it's Awesome!

Our dog is a female.

Thanks

Sorry a bit of a run on I know. I'm loaded on Benadryl. Freaking sinus infection.

I was wondering even if it was just a few hours would it undo all our training.

It shouldn’t. If your dog knows not to pee in the house it won’t unless there is no one there to let it out. I’m still a bit confused about what you’re trying to say but my answer is still no it won’t affect your dog.

Lol. I'll see if I can fix it.

I'm worried my dog will lose his housetraining if he visits another home where their dog used the bathroom inside.

I'm paranoid. This dog has been a blessing. The other home is my dad's. I wanted to introduce them in case we needed a dog sitter. He said he would do it no problem.

Thanks

Why can't your dad just pick up the old piss rags?

He did. The dog is gone but I'm sure the scent is still there. I can't imagine that ever goes away.

Don't want mine thinking that's ok or starts to want to mark.

We had our boxer house broken within the first 3 weeks of getting her, but if it was raining she would not want to go outside for shite. We put a couple piss pads by the door if it was raining and she would reluctantly use those. When the rain stopped, she was back to going outside without a hitch. She’s 8 months now and will finally go out in the rain.
