Good stuff guys. Good stuff.

My dads a 23 year military vet and just retired in December from 20 years civil service.

He showed up to my house in a mask and I gave him a hard time assuming he got out of his truck out of habit and put it on, and sure enough he kept it on.

I knew it would draw some criticism and I’m very lucky I have my dad and also I just saw my 86 year old grandfather in Illinois a couple days. So believe me I try to enjoy everyday being with them. It’s just something different about disagreeing on hunting and fishing tactics with your dad as it is with a friend.

Absolutely loved fishing with my Dad, wish he was still able to go (he’s 94). And love taking my two sons, we don’t have any issues at all.

I hunt and fish with my dad all the time and never have issues.

Bass Fishing is harder for him now but he still loves it. He gets hung all the time, screws up his reels, and never has what he needs but I could careless.

He’s my dad and older, so it’s my turn to take him fishing and help him with what he needs because he is the reason I enjoy doing both in the first place.

I wouldn’t have it any other way.
