I'm just getting into the outdoors with my boys and already I see what the older guys are talking about. Watching their faces is more rewarding than just about anything else I've ever done.

Mine wanted to drive the 4 wheeler out of the woods with his own deer on the back yesterday. I tossed him the keys and let him roll. He was so proud.

Nice. Have fun with that. It's fun to teach them about respecting the land and seeing them gain knowledge and experience in what they're doing.

Makes your heart break a little huh? My boys 3 & 5 love to drive the 4 wheeler now. Of course I'm still riding it as its a 500 Suzuki. I just cant keep from imagining them growing up and becoming men themselves

Always!! I used to take the top off my 73 Scout II and put an air mattress in the back and go somewhere with a view. The bishes loved that

I sold it but I've kicked myself ever since. I want another one. My previous one still needed plenty work but under the hood it was clean. A four wheeler fit perfectly in the back with the top off. My little girl would seat next to me and help me shift.
