I don't care about shine, just looking for UV protection and stain prevention that won't make the deck slippery.

I have a ceramic coated boat so I don't do this anymore, but woody wax is what you want for what you're trying to do.

Get a dedicated soft brush for it. Spray it directly on the brush and brush it onto your nonskid. Rinse it off. Walk a towel over it to dry and take off any excess.

Follow the directions on the Woody Wax, but you can use Fluid Film. Doesn't last as long as Wood Wax though.

Really?? Fluid film on a fiberglass boat deck?

That stuff seems really thick, brown, and slippery.

Coat with Woody Wax every so often but when you clean use the Starbrite with PTF to clean. Makes getting blood an guts off easy.
