Those parcels of land are 96 feet wide. The parcels to the right are all old people that don't do anything with it. On the left there are a few people that hunt but not for about a 1/4 mile. We have three stands on our road and all stands kill deer crossing the property. We have a total of 5 stands and all of them produce. The stands on the back of the pond kill the best deer. That highway at the top of the pic is highway 90 between Raceland and Bayou Blue. Total property owned is 65 acres including crawfish pond.

The biggest deer killed on the property was shot 250 yards from a duck blind that killed 24 birds in the morning.
I once ran over a really nice buck on I49. Doesn't I want to hunt there.

This explains a lot about your frustrations with the guy. Riding a 4wheeler across 25 acres will spook everything on it.
Another tactic (as it seems as though you really need to convince your dad more than anything), is to talk about liability issues in regards to allowing someone to hunt on your property. Maybe require the guy to furnish insurance if he is going to hunt on your property.
Or... just follow him next time and put sugar in his gas tank.
