Anyone ever tried or heard of this? Basically these companies do all the work to get a UTV street legal, by forming a MT LLC. I’m intrigued. I would have to pay sales tax if I register it in my state.

Pointless.
It's 56 bucks through south dakota. All by mail.
Edit: to be clear, wile I always do this, it will never be 100% legal.
You can just remove statutes under which you can be ticketed.
