Very thin. Dredge in seasoned flour(whatever you like)also season fish the way you like it. Shake off excess flour. Put a skillet on high heat for two minutes add two tablespoons of canola oil and a tablespoon of butter. Cook fish for like one minute per side. Remove to a warm plate. Add about a 1/4 cup of white wine and a two tablespoons of lemon juice to the pan. Cook for a minute. Spoon over fish. Garnish with chopped parsley.
