Concealed Carry Question

Watching On Patrol Live and they were saying you can carry concealed as long as you are carrying it correctly. Do they mean as long as it’s in a holster or is there something else I should know?

What part of that statute says the handgun needs to be in a holster? It may infer that, but it isn’t clear IMO.
