Do you still do all that work for SS dad?
Yea. Most flexible hours possible (I work when I want to) and pays well for a broke arse college kid job. I still drink beer with her dad on a regular basis

Wal-marks has federal 100 rounds for $19.xx. Anything better?
Thats about as good as you can get, I love the steel stuff. I used it mixed with some brass at a class. The majority was steel cased Herters ammo. I didnt have any failures and the gun didnt have any malfunctions either.

This deal for .40 was $259 per 1000 for Federal FMJ.
fisherbm1112, About how much was the shipping for that much ammo.
Once shipping is factored in, I find it hard to beat Wal-Mart prices. OTOH, I've never ordered as much ammo as mentioned above. Plus, since I handload, I stay w/ brass cases.

I didn't order it. I actually found that at Wal
Mart and bought them out of .40. Normally I order and we do group orders to lower shipping.

I just bought a Dillon 1050. Fixing to start reloading for plinking. I already handload for my long range.

Concerning reloading, what can you get your price per bullet down to? Example + caliber.

I kind of get a few deals through some family members in the law enforcement. However if I bought it normal you don't really save a significant amount. I just enjoy doing it and it's an excuse to mess with my firearms.

I just placed an order though sgammo. Good prices from what I can tell, and two days shipping down here.
