Changing title on boat bought in Texas

Buying a used boat from an individual in Texas and financing with a credit union in Texas. Financing with the same credit union as where the seller has it financed. Person lives in Louisiana and will have it registered here. What is the process of getting the boat and trailer registered in Louisiana?
