Camper at Hopedale

I just bought 3 acres in Hopedale. Any ever buy some land and set up for a camper? Any tips or what permits to get and when. I'm hearing it can be a nightmare to get everything done in St. Bernard. Even the sewer system guy i contacted said it was a nightmare but doable. Down the road we are building a camp but short term i wanted to put a RV so i can quit getting up at 3am LOL. Thanks

That's the dream. If it weren't for a fear of being carried off by mosquitos, I would consider a camp down there.
