Very, very nice. Well done!!
I built a wood smoker with low pressure gas also. Light it and no need to babysit all day long.

I like the ease of propane in a smoker. The masterbuilts I’ve had in the past did a good job but weren’t very efficient. This one should be fairly easy on the propane.

I was gonna make fun of the propane smoker but the older I get the better I like that idea (or a pellet smoker)

That is a fine looking smoker that I bet your kids will be able to cook on one day.

I always liked the idea of a wood fired smoker. I just don’t like the idea of having to tend it around the clock.
