And the old 180 degree trick won’t work. You are exposed.

So you pitch a fit and act disrespectful because your parents never taught you? Is that your point? The obstacle of someone beating you to their spot is just too much for you, you must try to ruin their hunt. Tell me again about all this respect. Still waiting on the venmo. Just list those qualifications you are always talking about. Anyone as skilled as you and commanding a whopping 50 bucks an hour should have some type of web presence to help validate.

Once yall talk and you realize how much time the other fella invested there, thats when you do the right thing and go on down the road some.
First, how do you know that both fellas didn’t invest a lot of time scouting that area? Just because one baw spent a few afternoons to find some scrapes or bedding areas to hunt over doesn’t mean that other hunters didn’t put in time and do the exact same thing. If you have a good spot on public land and someone else is in that spot one day, odds are either that they put in work scouting that area too or the spot is too close to the road and just too easy for everyone else to get to

Second, if I’m in a public land honey hole and encounter another hunter in the area, then I damn sure ain’t telling him the truth about how much time I had invested there or what kind of great sign I found. If you’re dumb enough to spill the beans about “your spot” on public land, you have no right to be mad if someone else is in that same spot next time since all the info you gave him is why he probably came back

Why the switch to "sir" from "son"? Newfound respect for BBVD?

Might of found them brush piles lol

Public lake means public brush piles. Would I fish them everyday no but I just wouldn't fish the same spots in a lake everyday. Should of made them within casting distance of the dock so he doesn't have to get in a boat if he is so old.

Just out one night and move the brush pile. Then get a kick out of it when the guy cant find the pile the next day.

So long as he's NOT tied off to the dock then he's legally fishing. He can call green jeans and they charge you with harrassment. Also, that dock might go up in flames one night if he's got a temper and wants to retaliate. You best leave him alone. The state owns the water and the fish anyway, not folks living on the lake.

I would not worry about them fish to that extent.

Set up your own brushpile then go back and cut off all the limbs below the water surface. Only you will know it's location. Yeah, I know. Till someone finds it with a fish finder. But that might take several years.

So the dialogue here is what will help the anti/ divide and kill our hunting and fishing. Many posters will also be the ones to get pissed off when you beat them to their spot on a public hunting area. Especially duck hunters who built the blind and act like they own the area. They will do what they need to do to run you off the spot even though it’s all public. Crawfishing in the basin is especially like this. I don’t have an answer except if it’s public then we have to share it.
