Boat Landings at Old River ?

Does anyone know what boat landings are still operating at Old River (the oxbow near Morganza/Batchelor) ?

Old River landing has a launch, to my knowledge it never closed nor do I see why they would close it.
About 1/2 down thru the camps there is an other launch as well.

Old river landing which is the first one coming from BR when
-you turn right on Hwy 972
the first road pass the morganza spillway
-Turn left to LA 419
-then it is right there on the right with a sign.
You have to cross the levee it is a green building and they usually fly the American along with military branches flags.
