Biloxi gun show

Went this morning. Pitiful. Terrible selection and ridiculous prices. 45acp 50 rounds ranged from 65$ to 135$. 380 from 52 to 75 a box. 9mm was 60-90. Very few decent guns there mostly just junk. By far worst gun show I’ve ever been to.

People are paying 4 dollars a round for rifle bullets on Gunbroker, 100 dollars a pound for some popular rifle powders.

Didnt stay long had a few specific things I was looking for that of course weren’t there but in the hour or so I was there didn’t see anyone buy anything ha. Most everyone was just walking around laughing at the prices. Not to mention the majority of the ammo was clearly some old stuff that’s been hauled all over. Boxes had the designs on em that whatever companies had changed 5 years ago and were all beat up lookin. Was really pitiful.

Yea I ain’t doing all that. I def ain’t that hard up I’m very well stocked for the most part. Mainly I was just looking for some 7mm mag federal premium 165g BTSP as that is what I mainly hunt with and it has recently been discontinued so trying to find whatever I can of that. I’ve got enough to last about 2-3 seasons so by then it’ll be time to just move on anyways

I went today as well.. Only reason b/c my daughter was competing further down the hall.. Lotta garbage and the prices higher than giraffe arse.. I did want one of the few SCARs that were there... But 6K.. F that noise

Yea not much to look at. There is or was one beautiful BPR 30-06 there that I am really wanting to go back for. Tag had 900 on it which is a little to high for a gun I just want but would likely never hunt with but man it is pretty and fairly rare. Only made em for 4 years and they are really good guns just not many folks like a pump rifle. Which like I said I wouldn’t hunt with it more than a time or 2 just to say I did but damn I want it ha.
