fwiw, there is a Calcasieu Calcutta division where the speck must be released alive. Only a $500 gift card though.

8.1 is leading STAR anyway. Wouldn't have held.
But it does suck.
Lots of anglers over here pratice CPR (Catch, Photo, Release) on big trout. STAR latched on to it offering a seperate division for it.
