I think Louisiana Sportsman posted them on Facebook yesterday. 1.2 million birds statewide with over 700k in SWLA.

Oh, and it's not Larry's flyover anymore. Larry is no longer the waterfowl program manager.

Limits on limits over here in lake Arthur. Quite a few mallards, mottle ducks, and pintails

Yeah frick that we hunted way off the beaten path today to get away from all the cheevos. Wind was blowing like a buss load of queers this AM so we decided to stay on the westbank of the river and it paid off shot a 4 man of nothing but wigeon and greys. All in all really good opener for us.

My brother is out at camp this AM in NELA getting ready for opener next weekend, said the skies a full of birds

Only hunted for a hour before we decided to pick up and leave because water was rolling out. Came home with 8 birds, greys and gw teal. Had plenty of birds on coast.
