Better to fabricate or buy???

Looking at bowfishing boats. Any opinions or recommendations. Have seen both homemade fab and boat specific set-ups. Just curious if anyone has any knowledge or input.

What are you looking to spend, and where are you located? Do you have the capability to fab it yourself?

theres a ready-made rig for sale on the side of I12 near holden (i think)...its between hammond and BR westbound side. looks to be a gator tail kind of boat with a surface drive and lights
