Searched and didn't find any topics on this one...

Anyone have any experience with this gun? I've seen extremely positive reviews, and there are some sales going on with it right now at a local gun shop. Also Beretta offering some rebates in terms of prepaid cards that make it even more inviting.

It’s a Beretta. It’s gonna go bang and eat anything you put in it. The high end Guicci shite or even that corroded low brass offering that’s been rolling around in the bottom of the pirogue all summer.

I got one recently - on sale and with 150 bucks in rebate - hard to beat!

I bought one when they first came out. Love it. One of my favorite guns, and as someone already said - it’s a Beretta. It’s never not gone BOOM. I put a light and red dot on mine, and it’s all kinds of fun.

Shot two rounds of skeet last weekend with one. A couple buddies and I did it as a joke. Very unforgiving but fun.

FN SLP is a much better weapon.

just got the Beretta 1301 Mod 2 a month ago. Its a very fine weapon. I've cycled hi brass bird shot, buck shot and slugs through it. I won't say its "fun" to shoot, but its impressive. I don't ever want to be on the business end of any firearm, but I definitely don't ever want to be on the business end of a 1301.

I don't think you'll regret your purchase.
