I've got to re-learn the south end of verret. Haven't been down there since I sold my boat.

Didn't bass fish. There was a tournament going on so we didn't even try. It was fun to blare old school rap and country all day when there are all these super serious bass fisherman around us.

2 of us caught 14 bass and 22 lake runners/goggle eye/sac-au-lait sunday around orange grove. Sunday was way better than sat and Friday despite the extremely windy conditions. Bass were small and not on the nest anymore.

Orange Grove canal is on the north side of the intracoastal canal in bayou black. almost directly across from 70 mile canal and a few miles west of minors canal.

If you wanna go perching on the Tchefuncte when I'm out of school, hit me up. Or email me if you wanna go before then and I'll send you some holes. I'm all about perch fishing the funk, and there's a ton of them.
