Bass Biting Anywhere?

Anybody heard any reports lately (besides Venice) about bass? Considering going tomorrow, but haven't heard if anyone is catching anywhere. Spillway still hot?

Bayou Black has been hot. Avoid the lillies and find pretty moving water and you will catch.

Thanks. I haven't been there all year. I'll see if I can round up a fishing partner and get down there tomorrow.

How far is it from Sorrel? May be farther than I wanna drive

It's about an hour 15 from Lutcher pulling a boat. Maybe an hour depending on how you drive when you tow. All I can tell you

There is Bob's bayou black marina and also cannon's. If any of you guys ever head down there I will show you around if your not familiar.

Sorrel, LA or Bayou Sorrel
Bout an hour from either I think. I can get to the landing in about 1.5 hours from Prairieville.
