Fry that shite brah. Cut in 1/4" thick pieces and beat the shite till you can see through it. Dredge it in egg wash then seasoned flower and add to hot grease

Eta: anyone have about 2-3" of tenderloin they wanna give away??? I just want a little taste :onkneesbegging:

Ive seen several recomendations to soak in milk....what does this do?

Takes the "wild game" taste out... We used to just quarter our deer up and put em on ice to drain for 3-4 days and that would help a bunch.... Personally, I don't soak it in milk bc I like the flavor of deer... If I wanted a tame taste, I'd go buy beef at the store

Keeping it on ice water for several days has the same effect. I prefer to do it this way. Something about the milk just throws it off IMO.

i soak mine in worcestershire sauce for about 30 minutes, then beat my meat,(lol) put back in sauce and add milk and egg then from there dip in flour with seasoning of choice and fry it up. very good!

I don't marinate overbite in dales. Only about 30 minutes to an hour.
