I'm stuck with getting a 52 gallon because I have the 6.5ft bed if I do the OEM replacement position. The sky's the limit if I want to do a bed mounted one but I want to keep my bed space.

I know guys who have the 50 gallon replacement in there 250s. We went from morgqn city to freer, texas without stopping. It was convienent. You can get ford to reprogram the mpg info. They got theirs done at a place in Morgan city.

The 59 gallon and bigger is only available for long beds per my research. Do you know what brand tank the 59 was?

I can ask them. They said it was 50 not 59.

They have the Titan tank. Replaced the factory gas tank

Shop labor is $100/hr nowadays, but any competent mechanic should be able to change it in 30 minutes. That doesn't mean they won't charge you for 3 hours of labor though

Yep. Know a ton of people with the titan tank in their 250. 50+ gallons.

Transfer Flow is the other big name. Titan is obviously the biggest, but look at Transfer Flow too. I looked hard at both companies when I got my 250. I will be doing with a RDS bed tank/toolbox combo instead though.
