I have an over abundance of bamboo in my yard. Long stalks would be perfect to dress out a duck blind

You better get into duck hunting since you are the only one who knows the location of said yard.

Anybody ever use reed fencing on their blind? Was thinking of getting a 16'x6' reed fence, cutting it in half (2 16'x3' sections) and using those on my pit's flaps. Obliviously would need some more stuff to break up the outline and could cut it out in spot and uneven at the top Just a thought

I don't know how it is exactly LA since I haven't gotten to hunt down here really, but in VA where I grew up we aren't allowed to cut anything to bush blinds from public land, so we are always happy to have another place where we can cut bushes.

And I'll come weed eat anywhere if someone has an extra spot in a blind

Yes.

Yep. We just zip tied a couple of hanfuls of grass to the front at different angles.

That's exactly what we did. Worked good, but rotted out by the next year it seems.
