Atta boy to Lyman Prod. customer service

Just want to give an Attaboy to Lyman Products customer service. I buggered the set screw that holds the pilot on my Lyman brass trimmer. I called Lyman the afternoon of 12/1 and spoke with Nick. He's said he would get a couple out to me, no charge. I received the set screws 12/31. The envelope was post marked 12/3. Great customer service from Lyman/Nick...USPS not so much
