The current gun laws on the books don't define "pistol braces" or "stabilizing braces". If a definition needs to be established for those terms/items, it needs to go through process of going through Congress and signed by the President of the United States just like every other law that gets considered.

The ATF doesn't, or shouldn't, have the authority to legislate definitions to firearms or firearm accessories. Their job should only be to enforce those laws. Not twist them around to suit the current White House Administration whether it be a Republican, Democrat, or any third party.

It really is just that simple
