Ariat boots squeaking

This is driving me up a wall. Boots are maybe three months old and started squeaking like a chew toy.
Tried airing them out, using foot powder before use... Nothing.
Outer leather is well conditioned.
Customer support has been useless.
Any recommendations on how to get them to stop squeaking?

If they have smooth bottoms with nails.. it’s a loose nail.. my ostrich Justin’s squeak sometimes

Years ago I got a pair of western style boots from Sylvester's on Williams Blvd. in Kenner. I believe they were Tony Lama, but can't be sure if that's accurate.
Anyway, only one of them would squeak on every step and I brought them back and they said it was probably a loose metal shank in the sole of the boot and replaced them with a new pair-----problem solved.
